With Facultatieve Technologies equipment being installed worldwide the Technical support function is essential to our business operations. All our machines are networked and accessible remotely, enabling our technicians to interrogate and control software directly from our site here in Leeds.

Our Technical Support team enjoy a diverse role from working directly with the customer, supporting them in the machines operation, right through to fault finding and diagnosing problems whilst working hand in hand with our field teams. Our goal is to ensure the customers equipment operates correctly and any faults are rectified in the shortest time possible.
