What we do:
Our European Service Team based out of Leeds manage all of our after sales support operations across central Europe including: Holland, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Scandinavia, Greece & Spain
Working hand in hand with Sales, Technical Support, Commissioning and our team of European field based engineers they're responsible for ensuring our customers across the pond have complete satisfaction.
They're the first point of contact with our customers and field service teams. Managing everything from scheduling maintenance services to responding to customer issues and working in unison with the technical support function to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and with minimum interruption to the machines in operation.
The ES team manage and coordinate the diaries of each field engineer and ensure they have all spare and replacement parts ready for them upon arrival at the customer site.
If you have exceptional communication (written & verbal) speak Dutch along with strong planning and coordination skills, are able to prioritise work while remaining professional when under pressure along with having good attention to detail and are IT literate, register your interest here to join our great team.
