What we do:
Here in Leeds our Customer Care team are the beating heart of our after sales support function working hand in hand with Sales, technical Support, Commissioning and our team of field based engineers.
They're the first point of contact with our customers and field service teams. Managing everything from scheduling maintenance services to responding to customer issues and working in unison with the technical support function to ensure any issues are resolved quickly and with minimum interruption to the machines in operation.
The CC team manage and coordinate the diaries of each field engineer and ensure they have all spare and replacement parts ready for them upon arrival at the customer site.
If you have exceptional communication (written & verbal) strong planning and coordination skills, are able to prioritise work while remaining professional when under pressure along with having good attention to detail and are IT literate, register your interest here to join our great team.
